We ask questions like; what’s your preferred suburb? and what’s most important to you, such as location, proximity to amenities, schools, restaurants and most importantly your budget.
At the end of our discussion, we will arrange for a meeting where we will present options tailored to suit your needs.

BUYER'S GUIDE
At gowealthy, we ensure we present you with several options to choose from within your budget and according to your requirements.
We prepare a customised ‘Buyer’s Guide’ tailored to your requirement that outlines the features of each investment including an executive summary, a project overview, a schedule of finishes, floorplans and prices for each option and a market overview including the demographics and social amenities.
This guide is presented to you during our meeting and emailed to you for your kind attention.

THE SELECTION PROCESS IS PRETTY MUCH CLEAR
Our third and final meeting - if required - will be in the Gold Coast where we will visit the displays of all our selected options. This enables you to decide which option is right for you so the selection process becomes pretty much clear. We then guide you to the next steps of finalising your purchase.
